WHO WE ARE

Glenn is a Director and senior member of Resolve Migration.

He has a Bachelor of Business Management, a post graduate in Australian Migration Law and Practice and almost 20 years experience in the Australian immigration advice and assistance industry.

He has successfully assisted thousands of visa applicants and more than a hundred businesses, in securing visa and employer sponsorship outcomes. Glenn is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).

Troy is a Director and senior member of Resolve Migration.

Troy first started at the Department of Immigration where he was employed from 1993 to 2003. Troy received valuable experience in most areas of the Department during this time, including permanent residence, citizenship, client services, compliance / investigations and as an airport inspector.

Troy left the Department in 2003 and was employed as a Registered Migration Agent by a Gold Coast Law firm for more than 5 years before starting his own Migration Firm ‘Troy Migration’ for 15 years before merging to form ‘Resolve Migration’.

With over 30 years of relevant experience Troy has covered virtually all kinds of briefs and challenges, drawing on extensive operational and practical experience to attain successful outcomes for thousands of individuals and businesses.

Liz is an experienced Migration Agent and Migration Lawyer and a senior member of the Resolve Migration Team.

Liz previously worked as a Legal Officer for the Queensland Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. Liz has had a long association with Japan and prior to her career in Australian immigration advice and assistance, she was chosen as the Gold Coast ambassador to live and work in the town of Takasu, Hokkaido, Japan, in the role of Assistant to International Relations.

On her return to the Gold Coast, Liz wanted others to experience the positive experiences that she had living and working overseas. She decided that by working in migration law she could apply her legal knowledge and experience to assist others to also have a positive experience living and working in Australia.

While Liz is competent with all type of visa applications she has extensive successful experience in dealing with Partner, Child, Resident Return, Employer Sponsorship, Skilled Migration and Australian Citizenship applications.

When she is not assisting clients at Resolve Migration, Liz is a keen triathlete and snowboarder.

Liz holds a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University, Bachelor of Arts majoring in Japanese and Asian Studies from Sydney University and the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from Victoria University. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia.

Ben is a registered migration agent and senior member of the Resolve Migration team.

Ben commenced practice as a registered migration agent in 2015, specialising in skilled and family visas, as well as Administrative Review Tribunal matters. He left the profession for a number of years to work alongside senior members of the Australian Government and Parliament in migration and national security policy advisory roles, before returning to the profession in 2024. He has also lectured at Griffith University in their Migration Law and Practice course on a number of occassions.

Ben is the Chair of the Board of Volunteering Gold Coast, and a Board Member of the Southern Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce. He has also been a volunteer firefighter in the Tallebudgera Valley Rural Fire Brigade for over 15 years, where he is the First Officer and has received the Queensland Fire and Emergency Service Medal for his diligent and ethical service, before being named by the Service as “State Volunteer of the Year” in 2023.

In 2010 the Gold Coast City Council recognised Ben for his community work, naming him “Gold Coast Young Citizen of the Year”.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Science (Criminology) from Bond University, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with Merit from the Australian National University (ANU). Ben is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Tuliany (Tuly) has 17 years of experience within the International Education industry, working in Education Agencies and RTO’s in Brazil and Australia.

After experiencing the migration area, she wanted to move forward with Australian Immigration as her Career.

In 2021 Tuly become a citizen of Australia and soon completed her Migration Agents course in 2022.

She started work with Resolve Migration in 2022 and has gained on the job experience in many different areas of Migration, and is now a Registered Migration Agent herself.

She has a passion for both supporting clients on their Australian visa journey and ensuring the smooth operation of the office administration. While having a vast amount of experience in assisting Registered Migration Agents with many types of visa applications, of particular interest are Employer Sponsored Visas. Outside of the office Amy enjoys travel, history and discovering new places of interest on the Gold Coast.

Priscila’s personal journey from an international student in Australia to a permanent resident through the General Skilled Migration (GSM) program has inspired her to deepen her knowledge of Australian visa programs, legislation, and practices. It is incredibly rewarding for her to be able to guide migrants who are in the same position she once was.

Priscila is currently enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice at Griffith University and is due to graduate in July 2025, and she hopes to help Resolve Migration for many years to come.

Lorett holds a Certificate IV, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Originally from Medellín, Colombia, she has gained extensive experience working as a finance professional with both small and large companies in the construction and services industries. With over 10 years of experience, Lorett is known for her strong customer service skills and accurate attention to detail, which have given her valuable insights into the migration process.

Since arriving in Australia six years ago, Lorett has gone through various visa processes, gaining firsthand experience of the challenges involved. Passionate about supporting others, she is dedicated to helping people achieve their migration goals with the same expertise and commitment that has shaped her own journey.

Lidiane (Lidi) holds a Bachelor of Arts, MBA in Marketing and Sales, Diploma of Early Childhood Education, and Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, she has been living in Australia for over eight years.

With more than 10 years of professional experience in banking, customer service, and administration across Brazil and Australia, her successful journey from international student to Skilled Visa holder has motivated her to pursue further knowledge in this field.
